No. It helps you decide whether to offer. Your solicitor still does the full searches before you exchange.
What is free?
The house check’s preview shows what we found for the postcode, free. The full report is £12.99, one-off. Planning near me shows the nearest applications in full, and how many there are within 250 m, 500 m and 1 km, free and with no account.
How exact are the distances?
We measure from the centre of the postcode, which usually covers about 15 homes, not from the house itself. Every page says so.
What counts as a record on a plan?
A planning record counts once in a month, the first time it reaches you in an alert or an export. Opening it again, or downloading it again that month, costs nothing more.
Is VAT added at checkout?
No. Mansell Media Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the whole price.
Can I try a plan before I subscribe?
Yes. 7-day pass: £19 paid once. Full access for 7 days, no subscription, no auto-renew. One pass per account. It is Plandello Pro for 7 days; when it ends, choose a plan to carry on.
Can I stop a plan at any time?
