No. The trial is 3 days, needs no card and is never charged. When it ends, access stops by itself. If you want to carry on, you choose a plan and pay for it then. One free trial per business.
Yes, any time, from your account. There is no contract. Your plan runs to the end of the month (or year) you have paid for and then stops.
Work to somebody’s own house: extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions and a single new home. Bigger housing schemes, flats and anything commercial sit under Commercial. Domestic jobs have their own Home projects list in EVO, showing the street and town, the council reference and the agent or architect who submitted it.
No, never. We show the business named on the job — usually the agent or architect who made the planning application, or the buyer on a tender — with the contact details that business publishes. We never show or contact homeowners.
Public planning registers and public-sector contract notices, read every morning by our engine, Tritium 3.1, and split into the trades inside each job. A job reaches the list after it is published, so expect a few days between an application going in and it appearing here.
