How do I spend a credit?

Pick any lead as normal. At the confirmation box, choose “I have a pack code”, type it in, and the lead unlocks without paying again.

Do credits expire?

No. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing to cancel.

Is a planning lead still one credit?

Yes. Planning leads are £14.99 to buy singly, so on those a credit is worth slightly less — we kept it to one credit per lead because it is simpler to follow.

Can I share the code with my team?

Yes. It is not tied to a login. Anyone with the code can spend what is left, so treat it like cash.

What if a lead turns out to be no good?

Every lead shows its grade, stage and contact route before you spend anything, and there is a free sample pack so you can see exactly what you get. Leads are sold non-exclusively and are non-refundable once unlocked.
